Robin4Arts is a cultural production company established from Tassos Alexopoulos who looks back at 25 years of experience in both producing and initiating artistic events.

In its own initiatives, Robin4Arts gives emphasis to artistic originality and the development of innovative event-formats without disregarding the quality and importance of classical artistic forms. Thus the company has presented a very wide range of cultural activities, such as: pop-, rock- and classical concerts, theater, music theater, film production, cabaret, parties, festivals, workshops, seminars etc.

As well as this we offer our skills in a variety of services connected with the process of management and production of cultural events.

Robin4Arts has been cooperating with some of the most popular musicians, bands and orchestras world wide, such as: The Scorpions, Mick Taylor (Rolling Stones), Rick Waveman (Yes), Ritchie Blackmore (Deep Purple, Rainbow), Tangerine Dream, Public Enemy, Deborah Harry, Blackmore’s Night, Jan Garbarek Group, Chick Corea & Gary Burton, Myriam Makeba, Chico & The Gipsies (Gipsy Kings), Nuernberger Synfonie Orchester, The Hilliard Ensemble, Alea III, SF Berlin Orchestra Radio Berlin…and many more

The company focuses on the development of innovative projects which experiment with established artistic genre boundaries. One of the most successful projects of this kind was “Sokrates. The dawn of civilization” with Rod Steiger, Andreas Wollenweider and Maria Lambrou at the Panathenaekon Stadium of Athens which combined theatre with music and special effects.

A similar approach was employed in the remake of Euripides’ play

“The Bacchae” at the historic “Herodus Atticon Theater”, where Theodoros Antoniou, Keith Botsford and the American Orchestra Alea III offered an extraordinary spectacle, which included elements of theater, opera, classical and rock music.

Festival productions are also a central part of our work. Robin4Arts has organized music and performing arts festivals, such as Musicorama 97, European Rock Prize, Helicon Festival.

In 2004 the company initiated “City in the City”, a project aiming to bridge two Metropolis through their culture and especially their art scene. “City in the City" opened in April 2005 with the festival “Berlin in Athens”, which presented a kaleidoscope of Berlin’s cultural life. Through a number of different yearly events, concerts, theatre performances, art, design, architecture exhibitions and retrospectives Athenians had a unique opportunity to fully enjoy the culture of the guest city, just as if they were there themselves.

Our love for cinema is another driving force for the company’s actions. From 2005 and on, Robin4Arts has cooperated with the Berlin “International Film Festival” known as ‘Berlinale’” in order to present highlights from one of the most important, innovative and creative film festivals of the world, to the Greek audience. Within its three versions, all the berlin- like atmosphere, the most mind- provoking expressions of cinema and the most expected premieres, made the Greek audience enthusiastic about it.
